A Loyalty Programme (hereinafter the\u00a0LP<\/span>) has been prepared for customers of Sk\u0159iv\u00e1nek s.r.o., registered office Na dolin\u00e1ch 153\/22, 147 00 Prague,\u00a0ID<\/span>\u00a0No.: 607 15 235 (hereinafter the \u201cOperator\u201d) As part of the\u00a0LP<\/span>, registered customers (hereinafter the \u201cparticipants\u201d) will gain points for the services ordered. These points may be exchanged for rewards under the stipulated terms and conditions. The\u00a0LP<\/span>\u00a0membership is governed by the rules stated\u00a0below.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1. Bonus Programme\u00a0Membership<\/strong><\/h4>\n

1.1.<\/strong>\u00a0Any individual, customer of the Operator, 18 years and older may participate in the\u00a0LP<\/span>.<\/p>\n

1.2.<\/strong>\u00a0LP<\/span>\u00a0applications are filed electronically\u00a0https:\/\/isweb.skrivanek.cz\/cs\/customer-loyality-registration.aspx?Lang=en-GB<\/span><\/u><\/a>\u00a0or by submitting a completed printed application form at any of the Operator\u2019s branches. It is mandatory to state i.e. the applicant\u2019s e-mail address in the application form for participation in the\u00a0MAX<\/span>\u00a0bonus programme, regardless of the format of the application\u00a0form.<\/p>\n

1.3.<\/strong>\u00a0After the application form has been completed and sent\/submitted to the Operator, the Operator reserves 5 working days to process and verify the data stated in the\u00a0application.<\/p>\n

1.4.<\/strong>\u00a0If the application form is incomplete or incorrect, the Operator reserves the right not to complete the\u00a0registration.<\/p>\n

1.5.<\/strong>\u00a0The Operator shall inform the applicant if the application form is incomplete or the data is incorrect by sending him\/her an email message to the e-mail address stated in the application form. If the errors in the application form cannot be removed, the Operator shall inform the applicant about the fact that s\/he has not been registered by sending him\/her an e-mail to the e-mail address stated in the application\u00a0form.<\/p>\n

1.6.<\/strong>\u00a0Participation in the\u00a0LP<\/span>\u00a0programme starts as of the date the application form is approved by the Operator, and it is also from this date that points start to be collected in the participant\u2019s\u00a0account.<\/p>\n

1.7.<\/strong>\u00a0The registration data, along with the confirmation of approval of the application form, shall be e-mailed by the Operator to the e-mail address stated by the applicant in the application form. Any other information regarding the\u00a0LP<\/span>\u00a0shall be sent by the Operator to the participant in the same\u00a0way.<\/p>\n

1.8.<\/strong>\u00a0The Operator shall create and administer only one participant\u2019s account per participant; no other accounts can be created unless the original account is\u00a0cancelled<\/p>\n

2. Registration of\u00a0points<\/strong><\/h4>\n

2.1.<\/strong>\u00a0Once the participant is successfully registered, points are automatically collected in the participant\u2019s account for all language services offered by Sk\u0159iv\u00e1nek s.r.o. and ordered by the given registered\u00a0participant.<\/p>\n

2.2.<\/strong>\u00a0Points are added to the participant\u2019s account based on the orders placed by the participant directly or placed by the participant on behalf of a third party, provided the participant is authorised to do\u00a0so.<\/p>\n

2.3.<\/strong>\u00a0Provided that all the necessary terms and conditions are met, points will be added to the participant\u2019s account as of the date the full payment for the services ordered by the participant reaches the Operator\u2019s\u00a0account.<\/p>\n

2.4.<\/strong>\u00a0If the payment for an ordered service is not credited to the Operator\u2019s account on time and by the due date as stated in the invoice issued by the Operator for the services ordered, the\u00a0operator is entitled not to charge the participant points for the late paid\u00a0services.<\/p>\n

2.5.<\/strong>\u00a0Points will be transferred only to the accounts of participants duly registered in the Loyalty\u00a0Programme.<\/p>\n

2.6.<\/strong>\u00a0If all the conditions specified in these rules are met, 1 point shall be credited to the participant\u2019s account for every\u00a0CZK<\/span>\u00a050, excluding\u00a0VAT<\/span>,\u00a0from the payments credited for the participant\u2019s orders. The more the participant orders, the higher the point ratio. You can see an exact breakdown in the following\u00a0table:<\/p>\n
